To use the Spanntec Service App your smartphone need a internet connection.

Requirements Android: NFC capable Android Smartphone or tablet with Android Version >= 5.0

Requirements iOS: iPhone or newer models with minimum iOS 8.

 

Important notice for iOS users: Only Spanntec Products which where delivered since 1st of November 2017 are compatible with the Service App for iOS. Spanntec Products delivered before that date cannot be scanned by the app.
