Description
This winding shaft proves its true strength and is ideally suited for unwinding and rewinding single reels. The robust construction allows for high load capacities and the transmission of high torques. Easy maintenance and low spare part costs make this winding shaft not only durable and powerful but also extremely economical.
Characteristics
- Pneumatic actuation by ventilating with compressed air
- Carrier tube material – aluminium, steel and CFRP
- Robust central bladder system
- Two-part clamping segments with interchangeable clamping rails made of rubber, aluminium and steel
- Spring reset
Cores
- From 50 – 200 mm in diameter, made of cardboard, plastic or metal
Possible standard design
- For core ID 70, 76.2 (3″), 150, 152.4 (6″) and stub shaft design for Boschert safety chucks in VT1 and VT6
